RockIt Sports is excited to announce the roll out of our Total Pitching Development training sessions beginning in September. Our training sessions are designed to specifically target the mechanical inefficiencies of each individual throwing athlete regardless of position. Players will be provided with hands on instruction on how to effectively prepare their bodies and arm for performance, personalized corrective drills and exercises, post throwing and recovery protocols, mindset training, and velocity testing.
Players interested in joining our in TPD training sessions are required to attend either a group or 1-1 throwing assessment prior to enrollment in one of the TPD training sessions.
8 Sessions $400
16 Sessions $640
*Single Session option $60
Every player wishing to train in our Total Pitching Development sessions must begin with a group or individual throwing assessment. Our training sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of each throwing athlete and the evaluation is critical to the design of a customized throwing program.
During the group evaluation, our staff will perform a general physical assessment to identify any physical constraints that limit performance or put the player at risk for injury. Following the physical assessment, our staff will perform a video analysis of each player’s throwing mechanics to identify any mechanical inefficiencies that we consider barriers to improved performance and have been shown to contribute to injuries in throwing athletes.
Assessments are by appointment only through Mike Zandler (firstname.lastname@example.org).
This registration is for girls interested in trying out for the RockIt AAU basketball program.
